Mercy Campus Ministers Gather at CSM

Twelve Mercy colleagues including campus ministers from Georgian Court University, Mount Mercy University campus, Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, Saint Xavier University, Trocaire College and University of Detroit Mercy, along with members of the Institute Justice Team and the CMHE team met on the College of Saint Mary campus in Omaha, NE for a time of reflection, sharing, and service. This time of gathering and retreat reminded us of the words of Catherine McAuley, “the tender mercy of God has given us one another”. CMHE thanks all those who made the time to join us for this event and special thanks to Kathryn Cody Russell, Director of Mercy Center at St. Joseph’s College of Maine, for her presentation and engagement of eco-spirituality and to the Sisters of Mercy in residence at the Immanuel Village in Omaha, some of whom are pictured here.
